Adventure Days Halloween Party

This was the first Halloween party we had this year. Adventure days is a weekly activity group in our neighborhood for pre-schoolers and toddlers. The party was on Thursday, the 29th. There was a pot-luck "spooky" lunch, the kids were all in costume, and we ended with a chaotic version of trick-or-treating. It was mostly fun. It was good for Oliver to see all of the other kids in costume because I think it helped him be excited to wear his own costume - every time I'd tried it on him before this party was a struggle, after this party he was happy to wear it.
